ELIGIBILITY This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older and is restricted to the Ottawa/Gatineau area.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD The giveaway starts on March 10th, 2025, and ends on March 31st, 2025. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.
HOW TO ENTER To enter the giveaway, participants must follow our Instagram page, @kasaphotobooth.ca, tag 5 friends on our giveaway post caption, like and re-share the post on your Instagram story. Each participant may enter the giveaway only once.
PRIZE The winner will receive a free 4-hour DSRL Photobooth rental, a backdrop, red carpet and stanchions, props, customizable photo layout, unlimited digital copies and physical printouts for the duration of the session, professional on-site host and free delivery within a 20km radius from our headquarters (K1A 0A9 Ottawa, Ontario).
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
SELECTION OF WINNER: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message or a mention on our story within 5 business days after the giveaway ends.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
PUBLICITY By participating in the giveaway, the winner grants Kasa Photobooth Rentals the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Kasa Photobooth Rentals is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other complications that may prevent participation.
GOVERNING LAW This giveaway is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. By participating, entrants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
