**Package price covers the Rental period of our packages to be the duration of your event (we do not charge hourly).
This package requires a minimum floor space of at least 24' x 21' for set-up (can be modified to fit your space)
If upgrading with a bounce house, the required minimum space clearance will be:
Signature Package + 13x13’ Bounce House = 37' x 34'
Unsure it will fit? Please contact us via email with your space measurements and we will let you know what package we can fit there.
· Delivery fee & pick up will be calculated based on address (usually up to a maximum of $50 for location within 36 km from the Ottawa Soft Play Kiditivities HQ. Locations out of this radius will be charged $10 for every additional 10km)
· Rental period of our packages is for the duration of your event (we do not charge hourly). Our hours of operation for setup and take down are between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. If you require our packages for longer hours (earlier than 8 a.m., or later than 10 p.m., or overnight), an extended fee will apply.
· Minimum access width of 3.3ft for smooth deliveries.
· For outdoor events, please make sure the ground is flat/leveled and a shaded area is available.
· If you do not have direct trolley access, please let us know, depending on the amount of stairs, a stair charge may be involved.
If upgrading your package to include a bounce house, one standard household power point will be required within 65.7ft. We cannot plug into power-boards, double adapters or additional extension leads.
